It seems like every new blockbuster film has a custom popcorn bucket, and now Gladiator 2 has joined the ranks. The design is admittedly pretty cool, featuring a helmet design similar to Maximus' iconic mask in the original 2000s film,

The helmet made its debut in the original 2000 Gladiator film on Maximus Decimus Meridius (Russell Crowe) and will likely return in the sequel flick. Fans, however, are more excited about getting a real-life version of MF DOOM ’s iconic mask, which is based off of the movie’s helmet.

If the new popcorn bucket for Gladiator 2 looks familiar, that’s because it’s literally the inspiration behind a hip-hop legend’s mask.
