After the parade’s cancellation, many from the community came forward with support for the event. New organizers, Colorado International Events, have been chosen to take over the annual parade. The company has previous experience organizing events in the city, including the Saint Patrick’s Day Parade.

A nonprofit is stepping in to organize the event after organizers of the initial parade said they didn’t get enough fundraising.
