Riyadh Air has acquired the naming rights to Atlético Madrid's stadium for the next nine years, continuing its growing involvement with the club. Previously known as Wanda Metropolitano and Civitas Metropolitano, the stadium will now be called Riyadh Air Metropolitano until 2033.

Riyadh Air has announced a sponsorship deal to rename Atletico Madrid’s stadium. Saudi Arabia’s new national airline announced that it has signed a nine-year strategic agreement (valid until 2033) with Atlético de Madrid club that entails renaming the stadium of the Spanish club “Riyadh Air Metropolitano”.

The Metropolitano Stadium, home to Spanish giants and 11-time La Liga Champions, Atletico Madrid has changed its name. For the remainder of this season and until the end of the 2032-33 season, the venue will be known as the Riyadh Air Metropolitan.
